Open Faced B.E.AT. Sandwich with Sriracha Mayo


B.E.A.T sandwich, you know, bacon, egg, avocado, tomato? Its a natural combo.

Because breakfast is the best time to be greasy

And you cant deny your self bacon and eggs when you were up into the wee hours enjoying hard beverages for your best friends birthday

And avocado can make you feel like your still keeping it healthy

And sriracha mayo pulls the whole thing together with a kick

Don’t waste any more time. Fry this up for breakfast or lunch and kill those grease cravings.

Open Faced B.E.A.T Sandwich (makes 1 sandwhich)


  • 1 slice whole wheat toast
  • 1 fried egg
  • 2 slices fried bacon
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 slices good tomato
  • tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • dash sriracha


  1. Fry bacon till crispy
  2. While frying bacon, slice up tomato and avocado
  3. Prepare sriracha mayo simply by combining a small squirt (or big) into your dollop of mayo
  4. Once bacon is done, fry your egg on high heat
  5. While egg is frying happily, get the rest of your sandwhich ready to roll
  6. Slather bread with mayo, tomato, bacon, egg, then top with avocado and black pepper
